Packaging could have been better but plants came in okay these ladies are great if have seen them sent first show thay have 3 generation of knowledge and if thay dont know thay will find out for you thay are welling to work and help every one even if you dont bye from them please please check them out if you are thinking about plants The plants arrived alive, green, and appear healthy so far. Unfortunately, the packaging came loose during transit, with one plant completely out of its container and soil scattered throughout the box. I’m not sure whether this was a packaging issue or rough handling by the carrier, but thankfully the plants seem to have survived the journey. Additionally, not all of the plants were labeled, making it difficult to identify what was received. Packaging was phenomenal!! There were delays in shipping and the plants arrived in great conditions because of the cups they put over leaves for humidity :) 10/10 Recommend!! will be buying again !! Beautiful plants. I was sort of disappointed because the leaves were crispy and one had completely fallen off and died by the time I received it. I should be able to save it, but since it's a baby plant, it's gonna take some time. Not necessarily the sellers fault, because it looked like it was packaged well! Very happy with the plants.
