Hi Raven. The item you won was from a followers giveaway, not from an order you had placed. The giveaway item was sent, however Australia Post did not update the tracking information and I did follow it up with the . You received a L'Occitane hair mask as your giveaway prize. While it may have differed slightly from the original giveaway item, it was still a lovely gift of similar value. Very happy with what I received.
