I actually wrapped those mugs with some clothing. I’ll be glad to send you something in exchange. I don’t want you unhappy. You can also file it with USPS. Very pretty & love it but was way too big and I sized down. Missing some items from my order, but overall great purchase. Magnolia what items were you missing and I will send.
