Will be careful ordering from them again. I’ve purchased around 135 items from this seller and spent thousands of dollars, which makes this experience especially disappointing. One item was missing from my order, but I was traveling for work when the package was delivered and couldn’t inspect it before the 7-day window expired. As soon as I discovered the missing item, I reached out simply asking if anything could be done. The only response I received was to contact Whatnot because the reporting window had passed. I understand policies, but I had hoped a repeat customer would receive a little more support or effort to resolve the issue. Great inventory, but this customer service experience was disappointing.
