Thanks for the “A”… I didn’t get fired, lol Super fast shipping. Looking forward to future shows. Second order with the incorrect item. Again I understand human error especially at the volume they are shipping stuff out, but the lack of communication is frustrating. What’s even more frustrating is on the shipping label, I see they put a ? And A (which is what I purchased) and they sent a M and A…like yall almost made it 😬 I hate giving bad reviews but I would like a reply for the fix please as I’m now missing 2 labubus. Ironically the same one too 😫 I spent so much on 2 of their lives. $400+ altogether. They just shoved the boxes on the shipping box no effort equals missing cards and damaged labubu. So disappointed. Sent me the wrong item and I know mistakes happen esp with the volume they are sending out items so I messaged awaiting a solution and no response 😭 and no upcoming show to try and catch them in the comments for a fix. Now I’m stuck with an unwanted labubu 🥲 Package came fast. Love this show. Mellow guys who don’t yell.
