I bought the “Korean lip butters” just to find out that they are no where near Korean when I googled the brand and I have told jules and asked for updates but have had no reply to the updates Lily I looked up the brand and it isn’t American as you stated, they have factories in both Korea and China but I cannot find any source from America. You say nowhere near Korea ? I’m baffled to be fair. You also received a full refund after complaining to whatnot so I have no idea why you found it necessary to leave me a bad review. I haven’t been able to reply sooner as I’m currently recovering from major surgery. Also just to add my reviews on these butters have been excellent and I have people come back for more every show Ordered from this seller multiple times, very happy with my purchases, highly recommend this seller 🤍 Excellent, well packaged, quick delivery.
