One product was about 6 years old and she made me return it to get a refund so she could sell it to someone else? I showed her how I checked the batch code and I let her know the whatnot policies but she said other people do it so she will too. I unfortunately will not be shopping with this seller again after that. I hate leaving bad reviews but there’s a big difference with being unaware of what you are doing and knowingly deceiving people. Although I bought a 24-pack sheet mask and 21 pc came in the box I’m not upset . I still got 21 sheets for a steal . Giving the seller the benefit of the doubt that she probably didn’t know some were missing or accidentally sold some individually ?
