Four weeks later… NOTHING!
I even came into your live and had the decency to red room you about the pyjamas you still hadn’t sorted. I used the red room because I didn’t want to call you out publicly in your live like some buyers do. No one else could see what I’d written.
Instead, you laughed your face off, told the chat what I’d said, and basically made me look like an idiot while everyone found it funny.
In case you hadn’t noticed, I haven’t been back or bought anything since, and have no intentions too.
I’m saying it here because I want you to feel the same embarrassment you made me feel.
You laughed and told me to F off. Maybe you meant it as a joke, but jokes are supposed to be funny. That wasn’t funny. It was embarrassing, disrespectful. Your attitude and behaviour during your live show was disgraceful.It’s surprising you’ve chosen to leave this review months later instead of simply messaging me. We’ve always had banter during my lives, and at no point did you privately make it clear you were genuinely upset.
I fully accept there was a genuine mistake with the pyjamas—the packaging said 5–6, but the label inside was 3–4. It was a one-off error, and I would have happily refunded or resolved it if you’d asked.
