Great seller and fast shipping As described, fast shipping Advertised as Quick Adjust tongue and groove. Sent regular tongue and groove. Can submit pictures if needed. The video receipt even says quick adjusting. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We did offer you a full refund. Products as described, I’m sure they tested them the best they could, but the charger gets a bit wonky and shows a battery fault after the battery is fully charged. It does work and charged the battery to full but it doesn’t go solid green when full. It flashes green and red instead.
The packaging was decent. Very minimal protection and the box had some damage and a hole on it when received but everything inside appeared to be ok. All in all I’m happy and will place more bids with them in the future.
