Couldn't have asked for a better first experience. Product was even better than I was expecting! I absolutely love buying things from CharmProducts! They just slipped it in a bubble mailer bag with one thin sheet of additional bubble wrap on top. If they actually took the time to wrap the bottle with the bubble they just slapped balled up on top maybe the Amika product would not have come broken.
