Regrettably, my mailman, who likes to throw boxes at the door and cannot be blamed 100%, is under scrutiny for one of the three items that were impeccably packed breaking. I started opening the package, and I could hear broken glass, and I screamed. No, not again, my mailman hates me. I want to thank Dog Daddies for their understanding and their impeccable wrapping skills. Not only was the basket handle secured with a pool noodle, but it was also stuffed with foam to prevent any negative energy from causing damage. When my mailman dropped the box on the ground, it created a hairline fracture that ultimately broke the handle of the basket.
