The item arrived quickly, was packed professionally, and exceeded my expectations. Great seller—I’d happily buy from them again! I purchased a set of tumblers from this seller and there were two major issues:
1. Items not as described - The tumblers were sold as new but arrived with visible scratches and dents. The condition was never disclosed in the listing, which is misleading.
2. Missing straws - Two of the tumblers came without straws, making them completely unusable.
I've had to escalate to Whatnot support to resolve this. If you're considering buying from this seller, make sure to ask about the condition of items upfront. Honest and straight shooter
