Ellie gets max stars—tippy top rating—and I haven’t even checked the mail. I don’t have to. I already know the pets I ordered are as clean as humanly possible, and look even better in person than they did on screen. Ellie suffers from perfectionism and OCD, and it pains her to sell pets that are less than flawless. I love her for that. She’s the exact type of seller you want to support—one with super high standards. Ellie uses the anti-salesman approach: she tries to talk you out of a purchase. While other sellers may spin a flaw as cute or unique, Ellie straight up calls it what it is. I have so much respect for her, you have no idea. Imagine being so confident in a seller that you could give them five stars with your eyes closed. That’s Ellie. Would have loved them I’m sure had I not left them on the back of my truck and lost the package 😢Totally my fault!! But loved the experience! Would buy again!! The lps came mostly fine but my only complaint is that the dog's body seems to be reeeally dusty.
