I do wish you’d contacted me first, as I always ask buyers to message me with any issues so I can put them right. I’m a small seller and, like anyone, I can make the occasional mistake. I was also surprised by the packaging score, as your item was double-bagged and securely packed. At £3 per item, I make around £1.50 before packaging costs, so premium packaging simply isn’t possible.
