We also allowed you to keep the coins so you should have been 100% satisfied and not provide a low rating. As I explained we take in thousands of coins weekly and the coins were purchased as 40% silver . We could have requested you send the coins back so we could of received a credit because they were purchased as 40% silver but instead we lost our original purchase price, gave you a refund and allowed you to keep the coins striving to keep you happy.
