thanks man everything was perfect New to sports card collecting, joined a break pulled an RPA and a few other cards from the break, super excited that I pulled my first RPA waited 3-4 days for it in the mail they received all the other cards except for the RPA. I reached out provided stamps and screen shots they got back to the next day they would look into it. The day after I received a message from them saying they could not find the card and offered me a refund for the spot in the break which I can say I appreciated but it was very disappointing as well as all other RPA’s and signed cards were displayed during the stream except the one I pulled. I don’t know left a bad taste in my mouth being new to this definitely won’t be doing any breaks any time soon Hello Manofwarb, we understand your disappointment, especially since this was your first RPA. The card should have been included, and we sincerely apologize that we could not locate it. As discussed in our messages, we normally reimburse the market value of a missing card.
