I ordered a Tatcha face wash which out of my order was the one thing I really needed as I had ran out. This was on 6/8. My order came and the Tatcha was missing. I wrote the seller who apologized and said she would reship my face-wash that I paid for and even add extras due to the inconvenience. This was on 6/16. I have since followed up twice. Latest being 6/24 to ask for a tracking # for the reshipment. Both follow ups were ignored. I do NOT recommend this seller due to this reason. 1st and last time ordering so I’m not sure if this is a pattern. It is odd that the best thing in my order did not make it to me and sucks that I am out of $ so I do plan on going to customer service to report as well.
