Communication not good.also received bracelet that had already had tarnish spots on it right out of the package. Tried to message the seller about the size to see if I could send it back for a bigger one and even said if I couldn’t that’s fine I would just give it to my son. And I didn’t get a response back at all. I think they sold me a kids size bracelet it’s supposed to be a size 8 and it is too small. I have bought 8 inch bracelets from other sellers and have no problem with the fit. But communication would go a long way . Dont just ignore your customers. It was alright. It’s more of a yellow than “gold” tbh. Wrapping it came in was a pain. It was like thick Saran wrap and took a while to just pull out the chain. Possibly from the heat. gave it to my son fast delivery! Got my 6mm necklace and bracelet - they look and feel awesome. Realized the 26" is more like 25" but all good. Thanks For the great jewelry and the speedy shipping and the great and entertaining show. I'll Definitely Be Back. Amazing customer service . Quality in jewelry is rated 5 stars .
It's way bent up. mailing it in the box that is shown in the picture would have been so much better. herringbone is very twitchy.
