We are a family-owned, regenerative farm in Iowa that raises 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef using sustainable practices like rotational grazing, with a focus on soil health and animal welfare. We offer our beef sticks and a variety of cuts for nationwide shipping. All of our beef is dry-aged for 14 days to enhance tenderness and flavor. Each cut is fully traceable back to our family farm. Perishable items ship in a compostable cooler with dry ice via UPS 2 Day Air.
