I thought the show was great but the fact they cant make it right for a customer is ridiculous. I will no longer be buying from them unless make the situation right. Should have sent the item back. It was a grinder and when I use it, it makes a horrible rattling sound like the bearing in. It is bad.When I asked him to send a video with serial number he refused. He did the same to a few other sellers. He been reported by myself and a few other sellers for this type of stunts. Never got itYou asked to cancel and refused.
