Product doesn’t appear sanitary as there is no seal on boxes and the lipstick had a line up it. Won’t be purchasing again due to the packing issues. Won’t use the lipstick now as I don’t know if it’s actually new due to no seals and ripped box. Hi, I appreciate the review, I wrap my items with a lot of care: I’ve never had a bad review before about any item or my wrapping, majority of sellers if not all has unsealed items due to checking full authenticity, if you had messaged me with this concern I would have sent a replacement out straight away as I never leave customers unhappy, as for the line all my products are new and unused, some faults maybe due to production, I’ve never had any complaints saying anything was used as I’ve never used a product and sent it off, hope this clears things up, thankyou x Buying bundles from Jess every week now because I just can't resist!
