I can't believe what is happening. I bought an item (a Polo-brand shirt) from you, and what I received was a Polo shirt that is faded, has stains on the shoulders, has damaged fabric, and reeks of old clothes.
It isn't right to trust a store like yours and receive an item in such poor condition; you didn't disclose the shirt's damaged state. It looks like it was pulled out of the trash. I wouldn't dream of wearing this shirt.
