Long-time buyer on Whatnot and this was one of the more frustrating experiences I’ve had. I spent hundreds of dollars with this seller across multiple orders and supported many streams. Orders were delayed, I was told items hadn’t shipped despite some being marked shipped, and I ultimately found discrepancies between video receipts and delivered contents that required escalation to Whatnot. I also received messages regarding rewards/coupons I redeemed, which felt inappropriate given that they were seller-created promotions. Save your video receipts, document your unboxings, and verify every order carefully. I was initially excited about this purchase, but the overall experience left me disappointed. After spending hundreds with this seller, I was contacted regarding rewards and promotions I had redeemed, despite those promotions being offered by the seller. Between that, delayed shipping, and discrepancies I’ve identified between livestream presentations and delivered contents, I’ve had to involve Whatnot support. I would encourage buyers to document their deliveries and compare them carefully to their video receipts. Spent $400-$500 supporting this seller and redeeming rewards/coupons that the seller personally offered. After using those rewards, I received messages complaining about the promotions and making me feel guilty for using them, which felt unprofessional as a customer. I later experienced significant shipping delays and noticed discrepancies between multiple video receipts and the contents I received. Several items shown during streams appear to be missing, and cards arrived packaged differently than presented. I raised concerns with Whatnot before my orders even arrived and was assured they would help if issues arose. I’ve submitted screenshots, video receipts, order information, and unboxing footage to Whatnot for review. Buyers should carefully compare their deliveries against their video receipts and inventory their orders upon arrival. Loved the Card and love the show. So relaxed, if you want a nice kickback no pressure show watch his next one. Best deals on whatnot! Just a down to earth good person!
