Order not shipped next day as promised. Requested refund and order was shipped. All pieces were collectively put in packing foam where they hit each other. Blue flower brooch missing a stone that is present in the video. Many call outs for damage and cleaning were not made. Took over a month to receive order. Order arrived exactly as shown & described! Necklace was re-stranded very badly with metal pieces in between and what I assume is sterling, I have no way to tested at home, but sections of the Necklace are pulled by my magnet. Very disappointed, and will not order from whatnot ever again.
