I'm hoping acclimating and rest will make a difference. I appreciate the peacock calathea, she's curling up her leaves quite a bit but I think she may pull through. USPS ruined this purchase, NOT the seller! Packing was phenomenal! Hosts were amazing! Plants arrived happy and healthy! I am so shocked these lived! They were stuck somewhere between KY and AZ for well over a week. arrived safe, just needed water. Thank you for the care you took packing these. Awesome seller! Healthy plants!! Great packaging! Packaged great and arrived in good shape! I rarely leave bad reviews on this app. But every single plant in this order came wilted and nearly dead due to how long it took to ship out and arrive on my doorstep. Not to mention the goldfish plant I had received was damaged. I never leave bad reviews, but after contacting the seller and receiving no reasonable resolution, I feel buyers should know what they’re getting so they are not taken advantage of. I do not feel this seller operates with integrity.
During a mystery auction, I won an Anthurium Magnificum x Forgetii ($22), Anthurium Veitchii King ($20), and Alocasia Macrorrhizo Camo ($23). They appeared to be potted plants. When they arrived and I checked the roots, both anthuriums were tiny plugs with the roots still wrapped around themselves (they literally pull right out in their molded plug shape), recently placed into pots. The alocasia also appears to have been potted right before the show, with its roots easily pulling right out. This is going to have to be repotted into an aroid mix (everything was put in 100% potting mix) and rehabbed.
Selling plugs disguised as potted plants is misleading and dishonest. I spent $75 on these and am so upset to have received two plugs and a rehab project. Excellent packaging and super healthy plants arrived and I couldn’t be more thrilled! I couldn’t be happier with my new plant babies. The packaging was stellar and all of my beauties arrived in great shape and with moist soil. I’ll definitely be ordering again! well packaged, arrived in perfect condition My plant had terrible root rot when it arrived soils was really damp. Only plant from this seller with issues tho! All my other plants were beautiful
