On 04/03 the items were refunded with zero explanation after wait almost 2.5 weeks. So sorry for the disappointing transaction! I missed the notification for the sale as I haven't been on lately. Once I noticed the mistake I jumped on and realized the one item was no longer available, this was my fault and I refunded that item. I packed everything up and was ready to ship out when I got really sick and lost track of things. WhatNot then emailed me that the transaction was cancelled. I assumed you cancelled the order due to my delay. I had no idea you were left without an explanation. I sincerely apologize and hope you can give me another chance in the future! 💕 Very great prices and the DVDs are perfect and not damaged at all!
