On one occasion, I purchased a sealed LEGO polybag that turned out to be missing a lower torso piece. Because the bag was factory sealed, I believe this was a manufacturing or packaging issue rather than something the seller could have reasonably detected beforehand. I reached out about the problem but did not receive a response.
Fortunately, Whatnot support helped resolve the issue by providing a refund. I later encountered a similar problem with another sealed LEGO polybag purchased from a different seller, which reinforced my belief that these rare issues can occasionally occur during production.
Overall, my experience with MattysMinifigures has been very positive. They consistently provide entertaining streams, quality products, and a friendly atmosphere i won a free gift giveaway but never got it but overall happy with the figs USPS finally delivered my stuff! Packaged well, all things as described. Got my $100 givvy too! (A LEGO tile $100 bill, lol). Thank you! Items were shipped fast and secure. Items were as described. A+ seller! I am very happy, but I cannot rate the package too high just because it is basically assorted parts from various battle packs, but still amazing, though. Awesome fig. Fast shipping.
