Hi, my name is Amy! I am a therapist who wants to spread information about mental health, reduce stigma, answer questions as best I can, and lift people up. What I do on Whatnot will never be therapy, just casual conversations. 15% of all sales will to the National Alliance on Mental Illness and the rest will go to keeping stocked and to continuing education and equipment to help me improve as a therapist!
