Not the sellers fault, but should have been covered better for shipping. No chance at resale. I love shopping here, but every time I get a tower it has a chipped tip. Need better packers that don’t just roll the cover and tape it, it needs to be folded over the top too. The chipped tips are making me think twice. the volcano sphere is stunning as well as everything else. perfect packing too One item was not sent - unsure what happened - but they proactively told me there was an issue and immediately refund refunded my money. Everything else arrived well packaged and exactly as described. Received 162 broken into 5 pieces. 298 was shattered. As an unbroken piece it was worth the bid.
