First time buyer, after a week of no progress with my purchases I was told she could not get it out because of personal reasons. I was compassionate and understanding, she promised to get it out the next day. That never happened. Then she said her kids are sick and I was understanding again, she promised it out the next day. That never happened. Two weeks later my items has still not shipped, she hasn’t answered any of my messages since and I find it irresponsible and unprofessional. I would not recommend to anyone else if you purchase please be aware that your purchases may take up to two weeks or more to get to you. I requested a refund on all 30 orders.
