I took pictures of the broken product, contacted the seller to notify them and they immediately provided a replacement. This type of service is what will keep me coming back. Thank you ladies!! I just want to say, Ooh_lo_la_boutique is an amazing business. I’ve seen several live stream businesses but not like this one. The hostess is Phenomenal warm and inviting. The merchandise is Top Tier! What I love most is she’s very in this was or is a great smelling room deodorizer i love it so ty very much!!!? They never called out that lipstick was a tester. Bottle of Gucci perfume came broken Thank you so much love all the products
