When messaged about the concern I was told verbatim “I certainly make it clear when items are open box. This is a wholesale platform, it’s over $90 retail. Majority of inventory is great condition but unfortunately there will be a risk that comes with the heavy discounts that come with a bidding platform”
By the way when I joined this was not stated. All was stated was do not worry about the box condition it’s the product inside that matters and that it was hard for him to get the items. Not once was the condition of the items were disclosed.
