I spoke with the post office and they had told me the label was created but they were waiting for the item. I reached out to Oudware several times with no response. I finally commented on a TT live and was able to get their attention. I was told order had been lost. So how were they able to use the same exact tracking number? Why did the post office tell me they were waiting for the item? This is the 3rd time having issues with this company. Silly me for trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Never again. Makes it very confusing and sometimes hard to understand what they’re saying. Also, they take forever to ship. I have packages coming from the same area and they arrive a week faster.
