Extremely disappointing experience. I contacted the seller immediately after seeing a charge for an item that I did not believe I had intentionally purchased and requested that the order be canceled. Rather than showing any willingness to investigate the situation or work toward a reasonable resolution, the seller simply stated that cancellations were not possible.
What stood out most was the lack of customer service. My concerns were dismissed, and the conversation quickly shifted from addressing the issue to the seller informing me that they had reported the conversation to the platform. At no point was there any meaningful attempt to understand why I was disputing the purchase or to find a solution that would leave both parties satisfied.
Whether the purchase was valid or not, buyers should be aware that if a dispute or misunderstanding arises, they will receive very little flexibility or assistance. Based on my experience, I would not do business with this seller again.
