I soak the tiger nuts in sugar for two days, boiled for 40 minutes and flavoured with concentrated krill flavour and soaked for a further three days. I then heat sealed them into 1 kilo plastic bags. They can be frozen for 6 months or in the fridge for 6 weeks unopened.
