Évaluations (434)I was very disappointed when I received the item today and part of it was missing. I wrote two the buyer and even said pictures and never heard from them. I feel that you spent a good amount of money on these items and when they come back with half of it does not the way to sell you should make sure that you have everything in the box before sending I know that you’re going to write back saying that it was in the box, but unless it disappeared at the time of shipping, it was not in the box. It came in a plastic bag, and it was not in the plastic bag and the plastic bag was sealed. Received my product today and i absolutely love it! Ordered a custom Labubu and it’s perfect. Quick delivery, the only reason it’s not a 5 star review is because I was supposed to receive (I triple checked video receipt) a cow Labubu, a My Melody Labubu, and a Pochacco Labubu but instead received 2 My Melodys and a Pochacco, no cow. I’m just disappointed because the cow was the one I was most excited about. I understand that mistakes happen and there was no malicious intent.
