Reached out through WN, to Laz on IG, to Liam on text and on IG (they blocked me on IG) and I FINALLY got Liam to send me a replacement (it arrived today (June 18) only after threatening to post all the lies and screen shots and IT WASNT EVEN THE CORRECT REPLACEMENT AFTER I SENT THE PERFUMES 6 TIMES! A month and a half of nonsense to have to chase MY OWN ORDER THROUGH TEXT AND YOU CANT EVEN SEND THE CORRECT SIX PERFUMES A SECOND TIME? ARE YOU JOKING?! AND YOU WANT GRACE BECAUSE THIS IS YOUR FIRST BUSINESS? Give up dude. Thank you! ❤️ not what I was told it was After today’s interaction with Liam I’m not surprised his business is failing and he has customers pissed and he’s suspended from the platform and messing up orders and doesn’t care. I have messaged the channel EVERY DAY while being lied to BY LIAM about being sent a tracking number for a proper order. Today I finally had it and texted him telling him I was going to post all the screen shots with his lies and he asked why I was “being mean to him and he’s just a human who made a mistake and not to buy from him anymore!!!” AS IF I WOULD. BUT ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! First off. This goes WAY BEYOND A HUMAN ERROR. That would be making a mistake and fixing it. Not dragging it out and lying for a month and a half. And not over two dozen customers. What a scumbag. Where’s all our stuff Liam? Not to mention the order I DID receive was ALL OPENED AND DRIED UP BEAUTY PRODUCTS!! Which means someone ELSE paid good money for the crap I got sent which is even worse. You’re gross dude. I want my stuff. I don't want to leave 1 star cause the owner of this shop is a 19 year old boy trying to live a mans life but if ur word isn't good than neither r u Liam is a liar and takes yo money and is great to start with but then he screws u over and I won't do business with a liar and a thief I don’t understand why Liam and his staff have screwed up so royally. I ordered so much and it all went to chit. I’ve sent several messages concerning an order that I’m quite sure was someone else’s. I was told he would make it right. I gave up on getting any help. I would not buy from him ever again! Liam is the biggest liar and scam artist on Whatnot. I wish I could post the over 30 screenshots I have of him lying and promising for over a month to correct an order he messed up because he overextended himself and started irresponsibly selling on TikTok without the staff. He keeps lying and saying he’ll correct it and will not. He is a loser and if you give him your money or support do not expect to be treated as anything more than a transaction. Do not expect your correct order, if you get one at all. I used to love this live. Liam is completely dishonest and shouldn’t even own a business, let alone still be allowed on this platform. Though I’m hearing from other people that they’ve reached out to them to correct their orders. This is very unprofessional. At this point I don’t care anymore. I just won’t be supporting this shop anymore.
