Shipping times were typical for WhatNot, and the box itself showed up in great shape. However, upon opening the box, I was hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was pretty disappointing. The Pop was securely wrapped, almost too well, as it took some effort to get it unboxed. Unfortunately, the soft case had absorbed the smoke, so I had to toss it and replace it with a fresh one. Thankfully, the Pop itself was exactly as described and in good shape, making it a worthwhile addition despite the hiccup. Thank you for the purchase and detailed feedback. Since we source collections, odors sometimes linger beyond our control, but we do our best. Please know that we store everything in a smoke-free location. We understand how disappointing this was. We take great care in packaging, and we appreciate your feedback on the secure wrapping of the Pop itself.
