I’m a mom of 3 boys, a coaches wife, and a middle school English teacher. Mental Health has always been a struggle of mine, and after my husband told me I needed to find a hobby (insert big laugh), I found reading. I bet he regrets that now! Books have helped me so much along my journey of healing, so my hope is to provide others with books that can help them achieve their goals as well!
