Évaluations (59)Very disappointed with this seller. I spent over $600 on a large lot and requested a small partial refund after discovering issues with the items. Instead of making things right, he refused and kept giving excuses.
What makes this even worse is that he stated there were no cracks on the figures, yet three of the torsos arrived with visible cracks. I wasn't asking for much just a $15–$25 partial refund, which is less than 5% of what I paid.
Rather than taking accountability and resolving a legitimate concern, he chose to pivot and avoid responsibility. It's unfortunate that such a small amount was apparently too much to address a problem that should have been disclosed from the start.
Buyers beware. Lack of accountability and poor customer service. Stay away. Good price,fair and overall a great seller A little longer on the shipping.
