He put it in a different box which wasn’t an issue but the damage was apparent. It won’t mount flush now without having to attempt to straighten it out. The device is old, the plastic is self destructed, don’t recommend this brand or model , the plastic is not good Honestly thought I wouldn’t receive my packages at all but all was great packages came handled with care I will be buying again
