The picture on playback is a little glitchy here and there— probably because they’re 2nd gen copies from the original tape but adjusting the tracking does seem to help a little. I bought these because I’m a 90s\Y2K kid so I think it goes without saying that special event marathons, premieres, etc from the TV channels Millennials grew up on can’t be recreated. This era is now long gone, living on only in our memories and the premiere of Drake + Josh on Nickelodeon is one of those moments I’d be old enough to remember (I was 11 years old in January 2004, turning 12 in April) but never recorded onto my own personal tape. The pilot is also one of those episodes from the show notorious for being missing on streaming which always annoyed me. There’s also no complete series DVD officially licensed by Nick which unfortunately limits diehard fans as far as accessing the show goes and making sold as blank tapes a tempting alternative. Such a good experience and so thrilled about my tapes! 100% will be returning Works great watching it now! Thank you so much!! I will be buying more VHS from you!
