On Pull 395 I was charged 4.40 taxes on an item that costs $44.00. That’s ten percent tax rate. Is it customary to charge taxes on postage?

shipping is fast, I think I should've got a size smaller then what I ordered- but other then that everything is in great shape. love the shoes Only one showed up at first and it said both were delivered.
