I tried to cancel the order as she had to have heart surgery and wouldn't be there to receive her large order. they would not accept the cancellation even though I told them of her circumstances. so it was sit on her doorstep until the doorstep bandits come along and steal their delivery. no empathy whatsoever.Please ignore this review.
This lady was lovely her daughter however is not.
Her mum purchased over £217 worth of products at steal prices, we show on all our shows no cancellations.
We tried to show empathy offering to hold them until she could receive delivery we even offered to buy another postage label with a different address. None of this was acceptable to the daughter who just wanted a straight up refund. Our policy is no cancellations, we spent our hard time on live to sell these products and packaging them and they had already been loaded for the post office.
