Évaluations (135)This was the first time I have ordered a live plant online. Shipping was relatively quick and my new plant baby arrived safe. Unpacking was a bit messy due to dry soil spilling. However it was not an issue and the plant had no damage or defect! Plant came in fine shape but the packaging was not great. I would have liked to see cotton to protect the plant and more material to hold in the dirt. The post was mostly empty due to it spilling out Both were packaged initially well for shipping. However, the soil was very dry and fell out everywhere. I believe #74 will but just fine. But #75 was slightly wilted, the tips brown, and will take some extra care. #2 was packed well however the soil was very dry and most of the bottom leafs of the succulent fell off. #7 was also packaged well with the soil not as dry and it unpacked easily. #6 was also packaged well with the soil still moist, it unpacked very well and look great. Everything arrived safe and sound. TY They all arrived safely!! Thank you so much. Absolutely beautiful. Thank you. I received the exact item I paid for, and in a timely manner. However, the packaging was not secure enough for the little plant, unable to keep it from getting tossed about in the box during shipping. There was very dry soil all over the box when I opened it, and unfortunately the plant had been knocked around in the pot, uprooted, and with broken leaves everywhere, with barely any soil still in the pot. I know the plant will recover, but it was very disheartening to open the box and see such a mess when the plant i purchased on screen was so beautiful. thank you for the great plants Arrived quickly and nicely packaged!! Packaged very well!! Loved my new editions they arrived safely thank you 🙏 They were both delayed in shipping causing my plants to die when I opened up my package. I was very upset.
