We announced when we do free pin giveaways and you won an official Disney item from the parks thank you for the review Only reason for the low score is the petty attitude of the seller. There was an issue with the shipping. Item was sent in error by the post office over 2 hrs away after being only 15 minutes away and then stopped tracking for 2 days. Post office fixed the issue after I called. I let the seller know and they told me to give the item time to get to me since it ships from GA. Not acknowledging the post office error. I told them they made it clear not to go to them with issues or letting them know there had been an issue. Then when it came in, they took a screenshot that it had been delivered and sent to me. So freaking petty with the customer service. If you have any issues with this seller just go to Whatnot or the post office as the seller won’t even acknowledge there was an issue Tracking stopped Friday July 3rd (after hours) and Saturday July 4th (closed for the holiday), an update was provided by USPS on the 5th early morning and the package was delivered today July 8th. We answered all of your messages and let you know 2 days ago we were keeping an eye on your order, we also messaged you since we wanted to ensure you were happy to receive your pin.
