During delivery, the top of the card was able to slide out of both the penny sleeve and top loader and the top corner was frayed/damaged from rubbing against the inside of the envelope. Please flip the top/opened end of penny sleeve to go inside of the top loader so that the card cannot slide out of both during delivery Sorry for the trouble, may have mistakenly assumed I got a fake card. I got it today, thanks to neighbor. Mail man in area tends to drop off at wrong location often 🤣
