Everything arrived perfectly 😮💨 “perfectly” - I love to hear that word when it comes to shipping plants! 🪴 🖤 They can be moody and dramatic, so “perfect” is the best compliment, thank you!! seller responded in a timely manner to my issues and helped me get it resolved. Shipping live plants can be unpredictable, especially in the summer and winter, but I’ll always do my best to help when issues arise. I hope to send more happy plant babies your way soon! 🌿🖤 In the summer, it might be a good idea to wrap bare plugs in some wet paper towels and then some cheap plastic cling film to help seal in moisture. Roots in contact with paper will dry out and die almost immediately. Especially with how unreliable and slow the USPS is now. That's why a lot of people call them death plugs😁. When I opened the box, I wasn't very hopeful, but with a good soak in cold water and a heavy misting, I think all the plants will pull through. This isn't meant as a complaint, but as some advice from someone who used to do shows. I know from experience what it's like to be on the selling side of things, and how costly it can be when people raise a stink about something small that could've been prevented with a small measure. I love your shows and think you're doing amazing, and I'll DEFINITELY be buying more plants from you in the future!Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback!! It is incredibly helpful! 💚 These plugs were part of a mystery box I received from a grower, so shipping them was a bit outside my normal process. I packaged them the same way they arrived to me because it seemed to work well, but I can see there’s room for improvement. I’m so glad yours pulled through! Your constant and continued support truly means the world. 🌿 I appreciate that the seller refunded my order promptly. My only disappointment was the explanation given. The Silver Dragon arrived with the potting mix completely saturated and packed tightly with fiber. The leaf detached from the corm almost immediately, and the corm itself was soft and mushy. I was told this was likely because I declined weather protection, but I had other plants shipped during the same weather that arrived in great condition. I can’t say exactly when the rot began, but I do think shipping an Alocasia this wet during the summer increases the risk of problems. I hope this feedback helps with future packaging, because I’d rather see plants arrive in better condition than have anyone need a refund.Thank you for your honest review. I’m truly sorry your plant didn’t arrive in good condition. I’d like to clarify one point from our messages: I never stated this occurred because weather protection was declined. I explained that the plant was healthy when inspected during packing and that I cannot guarantee safe arrival for heat-sensitive plants during 105°+ temperatures and variegated Alocasia’s are more sensitive than the other plants in your order.
