I understand your frustration, but publicly speaking negatively about someone doesn't make the situation any better or help resolve the issue.
We are located on a small island, and unfortunately we have no control over what happens once a package is in transit. Shipping from Hawaii often involves multiple stops before it even reaches the mainland.
