I understand the winter storm on the east coast impacted everyone. but its good customer service to reach out to your customer if you are not shipping within at least 3 business days. we will understand if you keep us updated versus letting us have to reach out to you. once it was shipped it was quick since it only went from PA to MD. there is room for improvement also in packaging. it was shipped in a used Amazon package box where it was not stuffed with anything to stop the item box from roaming freely in the box and the box was loosely taped on the outside where you had gaps and could peer inside. the product itself was as described so I thank the seller from that aspect since I was looking for the zodiac horse.
